You attempt to violently remove the skin from an area of a target creature within 30 ft. The target creature must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed saving throw, they take 6d10 slashing damage, which overcomes resistances. Additionally, choose an area of the body to flay -- if you choose an arm, the target creature has disadvantage to attack rolls; if you choose a leg, their movement speed is reduced by 10 and for every 30 ft. of movement they make, they take an additional 1d4 slashing damage.
These effects remain until the target creature is healed for more hit points than the damage they took from the spell's initial damage. This spell cannot be used on a target that has no skin.
Plasma Enhancement: You can expend 5 Plasma when this spell takes effect to inflict the pained condition on the target, making them unable to concentrate on spells until the wounds are healed.
