This item was crafted during the War of the Gods as a weapon to kill gods. It has the ability to bypass all resistances, immunities, and damage thresholds. You can cause a creature who has been hit by this weapon to lose all resistances, immunities, and damage thresholds for 10 minutes. Once used, this ability takes 7 full days to recharge.   The item starts with 1D4-1 charges. When you hit a creature, you can choose to use one charge. When you do so, the creature rolls 1D20. Unless they roll a natural 20, they immediately die regardless of the creature, and their body and soul are destroyed. If they rolled a 20, they are alive, but at 0 hit points. A creature whose soul is destroyed in this way cannot be revived or reincarnated at all, even by a god or wish. The only hope of returning this creature to life is to create a clone of them, and give it fake memories.   A complicated and mysterious ritual is required to restore a charge. This ritual involves 10,000 hit points worth of humanoid blood, 5,000 GP worth of gems, 8 hours a day for a year worth of work from someone proficient in arcana and smithing, and knowledge of how to perform the ritual. Once this is complete, one charge is restored.
