Moarter Strike. Ranged Weapon Art: All objects in a 10-foot radius of a point you choose must make a Dex save.

This point must be at least 45ft away, but no more than 200ft.

On a fail, they take 4d8+7 Force damage or half as much on a success.

Complicated Properties

Ammo(Bullet x 4). The Hand-held Howitzer consumes 4 Bullets each time it is loaded.

Loading. Reloading takes 1 action. You must have a free hand to do this.

STR 18. Gives disadvantage on attack rolls unless you have a Str score of 18 or higher.

Firearms require their own proficiency.
