Legendary Requires Attunement

If you have taken the Path of the Werewolf or Circle of Hircine subclasses once per long rest you may transform into a werewolf at will. This tranformation does not count against your number of transformations if you have taken the Path of the Werewolf or number of wildshapes if you have taken Circle of Hircine, though any werewolf/wildshape bonuses from ethier subclass will still apply. This specific transformations duration is still governed by the rules of Wildshape if you have taken both classes (you will not need to rage to use and maintain this tranformation).

Curse of Lycanthropy: If you put this ring on and have not taken ethier the Path of the Werewolf or Circle of Hircine subclasses, you automatically become attuned to the ring and cannot take it off while attuned. At night, when ethier of the moons of Mundus are full and visible and you are attuned to the ring, you will transform into a werewolf involuntarily and enter a blind rage after doing so. While raging you are unable to prevent yourself from attacking all creatures in sight, whether they be friend or foe. Your rage lasts for 1 hour, it ends early if you are knocked unconscious or if your werewolf form reaches 0 hit points. Once your rage ends you return to normal.
