Amputee. The Orcish bomber is missing both of its arms and cannot take any actions that would require the use of arms.   Relentless Endurance. When the Orc is reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, it can drop to 1 hit point instead. It can’t use this feature again until it finishes a long rest.

Explode. The Orcish bomber blows up, killing itself in the process. All creatures in a 10ft radius of the explosion must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw, taking 25 (7d6) 7d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.

A hideous Orc missing both of his arms. His whole body is strapped in containers filled with gunpowder while his head and neck are covered in flames, ready to explode at any moment.
