Attack/Save: Dexterity saving throw
A flock of spectral crows descends on a point in range. The area becomes heavily obscured. Creatures of your choice in the area must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 6d10 slashing damage and be frightened until the end of their next turn.
At higher levels: Damage increases by 1d10 per level above 7th. Available for: Druid
