Arcane. You can use Intelligence as the modifier for this weapon.

Runic. You can use this item as a Spellcasting focus.

Spell Boon

Medicinal Syringe. you can cast a variant of Cure Wounds at 1st-level without expending a spell slot.

This variant differs in that, the range becomes 45ft and you make a ranged spell attack against the target.
