Traits
Master of Order. At the start of combat, Torin can adjust the initiative order of up to two willing allies within 30 feet. He can increase or decrease their initiative rolls by up to 5, but cannot move them ahead of his own initiative unless their original roll was higher.
Fearless. Torin is immune to being frightened.
Amphibious. Torin can breathe air and water.
Aura of Control. Allied sahuagin within 20 feet of Torin have +1 to their AC and saving throws as long as Torin is conscious.

Actions
Multiattack. Torin makes three attacks: one with his trident or dagger and two with his claws.
Dagger of Venom. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d4 + 5) piercing damage. If the dagger is coated with poison, the target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 11 (2d10) poison damage and become poisoned for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Trident. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d10 + 5) piercing damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 3) slashing damage.
Rallying Cry. Torin issues a commanding cry to sahuagin allies within 60 feet, granting them advantage on attack rolls until the start of his next turn.
Coat Dagger with Poison. Torin can use an action to cause thick, black poison to coat his Dagger of Venom. The poison remains for 1 minute or until an attack using this weapon hits a creature. The dagger can't be used this way again until the next dawn.
Use Pearl of Power. Torin can use an action to speak the command word and regain one expended spell slot of up to 3rd level. Once the Pearl of Power has been used, it cannot be used again until the next dawn.
Bonus Actions
Tactical Maneuver. Torin can move up to half his speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Reactions
Sacrificial Call. When Torin is targeted by a melee attack that would hit him, he can call on one of his allies within 5 feet to take the hit instead. The ally must be conscious and willing, and the attack is resolved against the ally instead of Torin.
Regional Effects
Lair Effect:
Kaelith's Enchantment. Torin's home is enchanted by his mentor, Kaelith Arvros, to amplify the effects of lightning magic. Whenever a creature takes lightning damage while in Torin's lair, the lightning causes a thunderclap and does half as much in thunder damage. The creature must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or become stunned until the start of its next turn, or until it takes damage. This dual effect triggers two Constitution saving throws for concentration spells.
