Description

Harrachi, also known as Littleclaw, is a Mashiqi male kobold engineer in the employ of the Grand Army of the Dragon . A former bandit from the hills outside Kir Minya, Littleclaw and his collective of kobolds was recruited by the Qartagonians to aid them in their reconquest of the Mashiq . He currently is engaged in scouting and tunneling under the ancient walls of [Jeharoa].   He stands about three and a half feet tall and has light, sandy scales flecked with dark brown osteoderms along their brows and scalp. His eyes are bright red and glimmer like cut rubies. He wears little clothing beyond bandages, belts, and a ragged yellow cape.

Brave: The kobold has advantage against being frightened.   Sunlight Sensitivity: While in sunlight, the kobold has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.   Pack Tactics: The kobold has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the kobold's allies is within 5 ft.  of the creature and the the ally isn't incapacitated.
