Upon ingesting this potion, the imbiber gains the effects of a short rest. More powerful versions of this potion exist, called greater catnap potions, that can provide the effects of a long rest. Risk of Poisoning: over reliance on this potion can cause unwanted side effects, such as hallocinations of creatures seen only in the user's dreams and nightmares.
